We kindly request you to capture a video while unwrapping your package, covering the moments before, during, and after the opening. Make sure the shipping label should be clearly visible. Returns & Refunds for Seller Fulfilled Orders:
Customers have the option to return or exchange any products within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
Contacting the Seller: The seller may reach out to you to understand the specific issue you’ve encountered.
Defective, Incorrect items or Damaged Items: You may return products that are dead on arrival, damaged, defective, or incorrect/ missing items received. These items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories, serial number intact.
Repair or Replacement: The seller will arrange for repair at a service center or send a replacement. No additional shipping charges will apply.
Inspection for Customer Misuse: In cases of “dead on arrival” or damaged items, the seller reserves the right to inspect the product for any signs of customer misuse before issuing a replacement. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.
Unwanted Items
If you no longer want or need a product, it must be returned in new and unopened condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. The serial number should also be intact. All accessories must be in new and unopened condition with the original packaging intact.
Delivery Charges for Returning Seller Fulfilled Items
Delivery and handling charges for returning unwanted items dispatched by a seller are usually borne by the buyer. If the return is due to a fault on the part of the seller, you can request reimbursement for return postage costs.
To ensure a safe return, we recommend using a traceable delivery service.
How to Return Seller Fulfilled Items
1. Click on “Your Orders“. 2. Locate the order you want to return. Below the product name, you’ll find the store’s name. Click on the store’s name to find their contact details. 3. You can contact the seller directly or place a support ticket for the return. 4. Enter your query and click “Send e-mail”. Your query will be forwarded to the seller.
Please allow 3 business days for the seller to respond and provide return instructions. For the safest return, use a traceable delivery service.
Refund Process
Refunds for seller-fulfilled orders are managed by the seller. They will request your account details for processing the refund. Please note that the refund will be issued after the seller receives and verifies the returned order.
Refund Calculation
For damaged or defective items, the seller will refund the cost of the item along with the delivery charges incurred in sending it to you. However, for returns of unwanted items, the seller is not required to refund return delivery charges unless the return is due to an error on their part.

If the seller does not respond within 3 business days, or if your issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team directly. We will take immediate action to address your concerns and work towards a resolution.
